Customer Service Commitment

Service and technical support are critically important to ADB and we offer unparalleled service to our customers and their consumers.

Through our world-class service infrastructure and management procedures, we consistently maintain the highest level of service performance, ensuring that our products are maintained exceptionally in the field.

ADB has an independent Customer Care Division (CCD), which manages service policy, logistics, product training and supply of spare parts. CCD operates via dedicated Licensed Service Centres (LSC) providing in-country support to the customer, in addition to a centrally operated European Service Centre in Poland.

We aim to meet our customers' objective of fast turnaround of service enquiries by providing them with:

  • A CCD support manager assigned to every new customer.
  • Procedures that ensure smooth and professional cooperation between the customer, LSC and ADB.
  • LSCs fully trained in all aspects of the product including fault diagnosis, repair procedures and logistics.
  • Dedicated training centres to support licensed service centres.
