Corporate University

ADB's Corporate University was created to train engineers on an ongoing basis, with the ultimate goal of increasing skills and knowledge whilst building practical experience. In order to maintain its leading position in the digital TV market, ADB constantly develops innovative product solutions with increased knowledge and qualifications key to achieving this goal.

ADB's Corporate University organises the following courses:

• Specialist training - for example professional engineering programmes
• Communication, project management and corporate culture
• Meetings with scientists and lecturers
• Induction training for new employees with information about the company's business environment and background to digital television
• English language training to enhance cross-cultural communication. ADB employs full-time English teachers who construct specific teaching programmes adjusted to different levels of proficiency.
• All training is carried out during work hours.
