We are looking for a young, energetic and ambitious Finance/ Controlling Specialist, who wants to develop in an international company, working mostly in English, with colleagues from around the world.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support daily operations from finance perspective (initiate invoicing, monitor aging, maintain good relations with customers regarding financial matters, cooperation with sales and operations as required)
- Regular monitoring of products and projects’ profitability
- Financial analysis and reporting for management (past, trends, simulations, margin and profitability)
- Participation in the budgeting process & monitoring of the forecasts
- Standard financial reporting and control within assigned organisation and within financial calendar duties
- Support monthly, bi yearly and yearly closing
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience in Finance/Controlling, preferably in international companies
- finance / economy-related university education preferred
- min. B2 level of English or similar, fluent Polish
- very good command of MS Office, in particular MS Excel (complex functions included)
- eager to work in an international environment
- willingness to develop and improve knowledge in Finance
- motivated, able to self-organize work
- ‘can-do’ attitude
