ADB, a woman-led SME company, is strongly committed to sustainability. The company prioritizes ethical practices, emissions reduction, the circular economy, waste management and social responsibility.
In our sustainability journey, we have joined initiatives such as the SBTi and SME Climate Hub, adopted the Women’s Empowerment Principles, and became a member of the Cybersecurity Tech Accord and the Diversity Charter in Poland (Forum Odpowiedzialnego Biznesu). Our sustainability policies, actions and KPIs are audited regularly. In 2024, we earned the EcoVadis Platinum medal for sustainability, placing ADB among the top 1% of companies assessed worldwide.
We also intend to join the United Nations Global Compact and focus on the Sustainable Development Goals alongside our approved science-based near-term emissions target: reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 42% by 2030 from a 2022 base year.
We have implemented emissions-reduction initiatives focused on improving energy efficiency in our offices and gradually increasing the percentage of renewable energy consumed. The company has calculated its Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and included Scope 3 emissions for the first time in the 2023 CDP questionnaire.
ADB’s sustainable-development goals continue the activities initiated in 2022 as part of our CSR Strategy. Knowledge and experience gained in social responsibility and environmental protection have been translated into specific commitments supporting greener, responsible development and sourcing, as well as greater product circularity.
